Your Success Journey Begins Here
At Bay IVF, we honor the dream of parenthood with personalized, advanced fertility care. We are committed to helping you achieve your highest possible chance of success.

When you begin your journey with Bay IVF, we evaluate three key drivers that affect outcome and tailor our approach accordingly:
1. Your fertility potential — especially egg quality and ovarian reserve.
2. Laboratory excellence — our embryology team and technologies are world-class.
3. Customized stimulation and transfer protocols — designed for your body, not a one-size-fits-all model.
Your first visit includes a detailed ultrasound to assess your antral follicle count, along with a review of any past tests or treatments — together, we create your personalized probability roadmap.

Bay IVF Success
At Bay IVF, over 60% of IVF cycles for patients under 35 lead to a live birth.
(Based on the 2024 SART data.)

What Our Success Rates Tell Us
We believe in transparency, not promises. While every individual’s journey is unique, the data offers a realistic picture of what Bay IVF patients can expect.

- For patients under 35, 60.9% of IVF cycles at Bay IVF result in a live birth. [Based on the 2024 Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART) data.]
- After two or three treatment cycles, your cumulative probability of success increases significantly — we’ll help you understand what that means for your plan.

Cumulative Probability of Pregnancy

Two or Three Cycles Increase the Likelihood of a Successful Outcome.
- Most patients can increase their cumulative pregnancy probability by having more than one cycle of treatment. This graph illustrates the approximate increase in the likelihood of a successful outcome after two and three cycles of treatment.
- In this example, we used an arbitrary 35% success rate per IVF treatment cycle. Your actual likelihood of pregnancy could be higher or lower.

Meet Your Doctor
Dr. Polansky will ask you a series of clarifying questions and then provide you with a summary of the factors contributing to your infertility.

Ask Your Questions
You will then have a discussion with him about the most suitable reproductive treatment(s) for you. During this time, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
